Meet Jacquelyn Suniaga

Born and raised in the Philadelphia suburbs, Jacquelyn Suniaga is a compassionate and highly skilled Orthopedic and Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist.  Over the past 22 years, she has worked at the top Philadelphia and Main Line area out-patient orthopedic, spine and pelvic health physical therapy practices. 

 

At Bluebird Physical Therapy and Wellness Jackie’s approach to treatment is uniquely tailored to each client.   She takes the time to understand their lifestyles, goals, and concerns and adjusts her methods accordingly.  With a strong focus on personalized care, Jackie’s patients’ receive a one-of-a-kind experience that truly caters to their individual needs. Jackie’s ultimate goal is to ensure that her patients leave each session better informed, more relaxed and in a better mental and physical state than when they arrived.

 

Inspired by her Father’s Legacy, Jackie’s passion for her work is deeply rooted in the memory of her late father Jack.  A hardworking Philadelphia business owner who faced a cancer diagnosis with unwavering courage and resilience. Jackie intentionally chose the name Bluebird Physical Therapy and Wellness to honor her Father’s life legacy.  Every time Jackie sees a bluebird, she is reminded of her father’s loving spirit watching over her.

-Advanced training certifications in manual therapy from University of St. Augustine (2004-2015)

-Advanced training Female and Male Pelvic Floor therapy from Herman and Wallace, APTA, Prometheus group, Society of pudendal neuralgia (2003- 2022) 

-Certified CranioSacral therapist from The Upledger Institute (2022-2024)

-Visceral Manipulation trained therapist from The Barral Institute (2014)

-Certified in Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA)

-Trained in Hypopressive management to optimize core function

-Over 20 years of extensive experience with patients with complex Orthopedic issues (pain or dysfunction in more than one body part) and pelvic floor issues.
